Growing up in Andrews, west Texas has been my home my whole life. After 2 years of junior college at Midland College and Odessa College I attended Texas Tech University studying Restaurant & Hotel Management. I began working for Outback Steakhouse in 2003 and continued working for them for close to a decade with 4 of those years as the GM of the Lubbock location. I continued living in Lubbock and working in the hospitality industry before I relocated to Midland in 2014. After 15 years in the food & beverage industry I was looking for a change with the ability to  still serve people. I worked for Odessa Fire Rescue as a fireman & paramedic for 3 years, obtaining my real estate license along the way originally as a side job for my days off. I quickly fell in love with the business and helping people navigate their real estate needs whether its buying, selling or investing. After careful thought I made the jump to full time real estate agent in 2017 and haven't looked back. I am currently preparing to test for my Broker license in October of 2023 and am enrolled at UTPB pursuing a B.B.A. in Energy Land Management to further prepare myself for any type of real estate, land or mineral transaction.  I pride myself on being easily reachable and quick to communicate with clients, vendors and other agents to ensure my transactions make it from contract to close as smoothly and quickly as possible. 

Alicia grew up in Red Oak Texas and knew one thing for sure early on. That she wanted to be a pharmacist when she grew up. Starting at 16 she began working for HEB in Waxahachie pushing carts from the parking lot, eventually working her way to cashier and pharmacy tech. After high school she attended the University of Texas in Austin for 1 year before being admitted to the Doctorate Program in the Feik School of Pharmacy at the University of Incarnate Word. Continuing to work for HEB while in school she graduated in 2013 and accepted a pharmacist position with HEB in Midland. In 2017 she accepted the position of Managing Pharmacist of the newly constructed HEB at Loop 250 and Andrews Highway in Midland, overseeing construction, design and hiring prior to opening. After 2 years at that location she moved to the Wadley location as the Managing Pharmacist of that location where she continues to work today with 17 years of employment for HEB. With her attention to detail and efficient use of systems she has been the behind the scenes person in charge of keeping transaction documents organized, end of year financial analysis, social media management and many other tasks Logan simply cannot keep up with while focusing on sales and building the business. She is now working on attaining her real estate license to expand the list of tasks she can perform including working with clients of her own.
